I had a great experience. This was my 1st time driving anything soooo big! It took me a while to understand generator, batteries, inverter. I greatly appreciate Nika's help & patience in phone instructions on starting the generator. RV arrived clean, ready to go. Joseph did an awesome job of explaining everything. Totally enjoyed my experience. There were only 2 minor details: coffee pot didn't work and RV arrived 2 hrs late. Nevertheless, awesome experience.
