Sorry but we have decided to get out of the RV rental business for the Winter and have put our trailer up for sale. The Summerland is now $15,000. Nada is $16k without all our Included extras.C the snowed in TT photos; remove from snow and save $1,000Bunk House has 2 sets of Bunk Beds in the rear with brand new mattresses and a RV Queen 10" memory brand new mattress in the front. Sofa converts into a sleeper and Dinette also converts. Thus totals 10 Sleepers. Large middle of trailer has a slide out and the bathroom also has a tub/shower. TV in LR rotates into bedroom, has a stereo system with DVD/CD player (stereo has outside speakers under large power awning) and Bunk House has a TV and DVD system that if you have internet can get the popular channels. Dry Weight 6,284 lbs., Payload Capacity 3,221lbs., Gvwr 9,505 lbs.,Hitch Weight 705 lbs.
