Very nice camping trailer with "fireplace". We will deliver it and set it up anywhere in San Luis Obispo County (Morro Bay, Cayucos, Wine Country, Pismo, etc.) or San Simeon.Camping chairs, out and indoor tables, an additional outdoor kitchen and stove, patio mat, all included. For indoor entertainment we have also included an "OTG" adapter for the television. Just plug the usbc from your phone to the TV and 'voila', stream from any app on your phone (i.e., netflix). It also comes with a DVD player and about 20 movies to choose from if you're feeling 'retro'.The trailer also has a cell booster. No setup required, it just works!RecommandationsWe love this trailer. Our family used it to tour America in 2020 and we could be happier with it. For a family of 4, the bunk space gives the kids their own space. Keeping the common area ready from movies, dining or board games without having to make convert made our experiences even more enjoyable.If you are looking for a beach getaway, the outdoor (hot/cold) shower is a must have.We spent months finding the perfect size. Had a fantastic time using Leah's trailer! She was outstanding in her communications, starting from the time we booked, on to the day we arrived and they set the trailer up for us, all the way to the pickup at the end of our trip. Trailer was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We would 100% re-book this the next time we plan on going camping at the beach! Thanks so much, Leah, for letting us use your facilities!

Leah was very communicative. Her and her husband brought the trailer and set up perfectly. It was very comfortable for the 4 of us. An added bonus was the slide out and solar, but would have added a generator if primitive camping. It was perfect!

We just got back from a wonderful trip to Morro Strands State Beach and just LOVED it!
Billy and Leah were wonderful hosts with their camper. This was our first camping experience and they were Johnny-on-the-spot answering our questions and showing us how things worked. And having the campsite set up for us when we got there was an added bonus! We will be back and we will use their camper (if available) again. My only piece of advice is to reserve a site with a full hook-up. It saves you from having to worry about conserving water and electricity.

We are very flexible on delivery and pickup times. Please note, this trailer is delivery only.
Q.Does your trailer have a generator.
R.
No, however it does have battery, a solar panel, water, and propane onboard. With the battery, lights awning, and USB outlets are operational. The will run on propane. at least 1 tank of propane is included with the rental. The hot water heater will also work on a propane setting if local power is not available The trailer has full electrical use with a 30amp or 20amp (with included adapter) hookup.
