Please state your reason for the rental, number of occupants, and any prior RV operation experience**Tires damages and replaces are your responsibility as a renter. Check with your outdoorsy insurance.**Driver Verification* Required and not optional due to insurance coverage.*Bathroom* 4 rolls of RV septic safe toilet paper and 2 Camco waste tank solution required $5.99 charge.*RV Hook Ups* City water and black tank hose included along with septic dump hose.*Electrical Hook Up* 30 amp surge protector and a 50 to 30 amp converter (some RV sites only have 50 amp hook ups).*Sleeping Accomodation* Mattress will have a seal cover and cleaned after each rental (my wife and I use Lysol). DO NOT Remove BED Cover. Please bring your own linen but we will have linen available if you choose to use it (please return washed and clean). The single bunks by the bathroom is NOT part of the sleeping arrangements, ask us before you want to use it.*Cleaning Fee* $125 cleaning fee will be taken from deposit if cleaning list (posted inside RV) is not satisfied (we are reasonable owners, please don’t trash our RV).
