IF YOU TRAVEL SOUTH OF WASHINGTON YOU MAY HAVE THE UNIT DE-WINTERIZED AT YOUR EXPENSE. ON YOUR RETURN TRIP YOU MUST HAVE THE UNIT WINTERIZED AT YOUR EXPENSE BEFORE TRAVELLING NORTH OF WASHINGTON.
ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY A FAILURE TO RE-WINTERIZE THE RENTAL UNIT WILL CHARGED AGAINST YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT $5000.
