2021 Keystone RV Coleman 17b
This little travel trailer is the Goldilocks of travel trailers. Not too big, not too small. It is light enough to pull with a smaller suv or truck with no problems. It also is big enough to sleep a family of four without any modifications or five or six if you fold down the dining table (two-legged animals over 6' tall need not aim for the fold down dining table...).
You have a two burner stove and microwave and a good-sized fridge for all the food needs. It has an AC and a heater (the heater has LED flames where you can change the colors, so often the hardest decision for the kids is which color to set it to...). It has an awning with exterior plugs to bring the party outside when the weather is nice. The stove and hot water heater run on propane which is nice; the heater is electric but will warm up the place quickly. It has a 7-pin connector. Here is a video walk-around: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cRk1-n-oOH4Ce qui est inclusLinens will be provided for the queen sized bed. You can choose if you want sheets or sleeping bags for the bunk beds. 2 adult camp chair rockers and 2 smaller camp chairs, fishing poles, cookware (frying pan, kettle), utensils for cooking and eating, paper products (paper towels, plates, toilet paper) are provided upon request. RecommandationsAround here, having a travel trailer to tailgate at an Ole Miss game, camp at Sardis Lake or Enid Lake are great experiences. We recommend Enid Lake more than Sardis just because the campground hosts do a wonderful job of keeping the place nice. For people who might not drag a trailer often, it isn't a terrible drive to go from Oxford to Hwy 45 at Tupelo and down to the beach. Staying at an RV park at a vacation spot that you have been before is a neat experience - a much slower pace and most RV parks are instant communities. Autres points à signalerPets are welcome (I mean we have kids which are sometimes dirtier than most pets... :) ).The biggest thing for us as the ones renting out the RV is for our guests to respect the no smoking part of it so if that is your thing just find something else to rent. We like to be able to offer an RV that doesn't smell like smoke to families that have allergies and/or do not like the smell. If you have any questions, we will be glad to walk you through the ins and outs of the trailer so you feel comfortable using it.

Nothing beats a good road trip in my book. Our family has enjoyed going on trips in our little rv - each time we try to go a little farther than before. So far my favorite trip has been to Florida and we camped at an rv park that overlooked the gulf. That was awesome. I hope you all get many memorable trips together with your family.

We had a great time camping. Thomas was a really good host. He communicated everything about the camper well. It was our first time with a camper and we felt comfortable throughout the experience. Highly recommend!

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
R.
The left side of the camper (driver's side of the vehicle) is where the water in, the water out, and electrics are. The sewer hose stores in the rear bumper and we keep any other things you need in the underneath storage at the front of the camper. If you are unfamiliar with how those work, we will be glad to walk you through the steps to ensure that hooking up the camper is as stress-free as it can be.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
R.
The RV comes with an anti-sway hitch which makes pulling it a lot safer while cruising down the road. To disconnect from the anti-sway hitch, you first need to jack up the tongue of the trailer while it is connected to the car and then move the sway arms off, and then lower it and disconnect the vehicle from the trailer. (we'll show you). Remember that your mpg for your vehicle is going to go down while pulling the trailer so make sure you have enough gas for the longer stretches of the road.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
Once you book the rv, contact us to set up a time to pick up the rv. We do not necessarily have to be there when you pick it up, unless you want us to walk you through the ins and outs of the trailer. For drop offs, if the trailer is in the same condition that you picked it up in, then you can drop it off - just communicate with us what the plan is so we know what is going on.
