Directly across from the J-Sofa will be a 62 jack knife sofa for additional seating. The fully equipped kitchen has a straight counter-top which creates a nice open walk way and floor space inside the motor home. The bedroom offers a 60 X 80 walk around queen bed with a large rear window and a large wardrobe to handle your hanging clothing needs. The corner bath is located next to the bed and offers a walk in shower. The outside storage is second to none, with a large luggage door for easy access to the main storage compartment for all of your camping items and a second luggage door for convenient access as well.The Motorhome is expected to be returned in the same clean condition in which you receive it. If you don't return it in the condition in which it is received an additional $120 cleaning fee will be added.

Equipment Malfunction Policy Items such as the A/C, coffee maker, awning, radio, DVD player, microwave, television, jacks, etc. are convenience items. If any malfunctions should occur with any of these items, no compensation will be made to you.
RV Damage Policy If the RV and/or the contents in the RV are damaged during your rental period, you are responsible to pay all damage costs whether you were at fault or not or if damage was caused by acts of nature (wind, rain, earthquake, fire, flood, etc). If your RV is equipped with awnings, please note: the RV awnings do not like wind. It is your responsibility to retract the awning even in the mildest windy conditions. If an accident occurs, you are responsible for obtaining a police report, contacting the other party’s insurance company, and contacting us immediately. At checkout, Coyote RV Rentals will estimate the damage, if any, and expedite the cleaning and/or repair.Cleaning Policy You are required to do a basic clean up at the end of your stay (including dumping the tanks). The RV must be returned without damage and the inside must be clean prior to check out. Failure to return without damage and/or in an unclean state will result in additional charges that may be deducted from the Security Deposit and, if necessary, additional charges may be made to your credit card. Our fee to dump tanks is $100. The fee to do a standard cleaning (if the RV is not returned cleaned) is $120. Excessive cleaning will require additional charges.

We love to camp! In fact we have been doing so for years at any opportunity possible. With so many beautiful and inviting sites around us, from a beach to a mountain, we love it all! Nature is just incredible. There is something about the fresh air, the trees, a campfire, stories and family, especially family, that keeps us longing for another camping trip, over and over. Sleeping in tents is rough, we've been there plenty of times. We found that tent camping kept some members of our own family from joining us. Who can blame them? We obtained more vehicles for the purpose of including more family. We have grown enough to extend them out to you. A fantastic trip start to finish. Net is great. It’s not the newest or nicest RV, but it’s clean, works perfectly, sleeps everyone comfortably, and provided us some great memories. Would definitely rent again
