This travel trailer is new and in perfect condition. There is a lot of room and can sleep up to 7 guests. This trailer comes with a 42-inch TV to enjoy on your trip. If this is your first time traveling in a trailer, this is perfect for beginners and comfortable for the family.Ce qui est inclusWhat's included travel trailer comes with fresh towels, cookware, a coffee K-cup, and two camping chairs. Other things to note* No smoking or drug use is allowed if either is detected the entire security deposit will be held. *No pets of any kind allowed, even though we love dogs this is a brand new trailer and we do not want any accidents. $500 from the security deposit will be held if the presence of pets is detected upon return.
Absolutely no music festivals, the entire security deposit will be held if used at a festival. *You are responsible for any tickets, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have been compounded If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, the renter should call the roadside assistance number provided by the insurer and alert the owner immediately. THE RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS. *The owner will provide information on the operation of the coach at the time of pickup and will provide instruction manuals for the operation of coach systems, features, and appliances. It is the renter’s responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features, or appliances in the RV may result in damage and the renter will be liable for the cost of repair. *BE CAREFUL WITH AWNING USE, it can be damaged by high winds. If damaged security deposit will be held. This does not release you from paying for overages or other damage. Insurance will not cover Awing damage, any cost for repair will be the renter's responsibility in addition entire security deposit will be held. *Owner shall provide surge protector, 30 Amp electrical cord, 30 amp to 15 amp adapter, water regulator, water filter, white water hose, drain hoses, city hose drain connection, and Grey water hose for cleanout. A full demonstration of how to use all equipment will be provided. Any negligence to use equipment properly which results in damage to the Trailer or equipment will be the full responsibility of the renter. All tanks (grey, black) shall be dumped by the renter or will be subject to a $100 fee.
Trailer Hitch and stabilizers will be provided if either are damaged or not returned entire security deposit of $500 will be held.
