Bruno is the absolute MAN. Extravagantly accommodating. Excellent communicator. And just an overall good dude. He went above and beyond to ensure that the process was smooth and professional. Meeting me at locations convenient to me at both ends of the process, thoroughly explaining the pertinent details of the vehicle, and even taking it upon himself to mail back a sentimental item left behind after the trip.
