From November until warmer weather returns to us.
When you receive the RV it will be winterized - meaning the water will be removed from the coach - this will prevent burst water lines, etc during freezing temperatures. If the RV is unattended, meaning heat is not pumping through the RV or tank heaters (if equipped) are not in operation then you should never have water in the RV because you don't want to have an issue with burst pipes. If you are living/traveling in the RV and have warmth in the RV 24/7 then you can fill the RV with water. To do this, just follow the videos we have sent you on how to fill your RV with water. TIP: Once you introduce water, and if you are in a colder climate, please put your tank heaters on (if equipped) and ensure that you run heat through the RV 24/7 at a minimum of 40 degrees (even if you are not occupying the RV)**Flat Fee of $525.00 for any delivery or pick up in New York. For deliveries to Sporting events and Festivals we will need to meet the renter close by so that they can drive into the event. Or the renter can opt to pay an additional fee of $300 for each event to cover “waiting time”From November 15th until warmer weather returns to us. The pictures make this RV look sooooo much better than it really is. Must be professional photos from when it was new. Wear and tear throughout and also has an odor inside. Definitely you should see this before you book to avoid disappointment.

Steve was beyond excellent to work with and provided excellent insight and how to on everything. Would absolutely rent again

Steve was very helpful and communicative. Lucy was a great ride and handled well. All items worked; however, saddened by the way others have treated her. There was body damage, awning damage (it worked), and many dings throughout that were not in the pictures. For the value, I can't complain, and my family had a wonderful weekend camping at the beach.

Q.Can the RV tow a car?
R.
We do not allow towing in our RVs.
Q.Is there an extra cost for delivery and pick up?
R.
Yes, we'd love to deliver or pick up the RV for you, we charge a minimum fee of $120 within 30 miles and $4 per mile over 100 miles. This covers gas, tolls, and us finding our own way back.
Q.Do we accommodate early pick up or late drop off?
R.
Yes, provided the RV is available we can accomodate earlier pick ups and later drop offs. We will know if the RV is available 24 hours prior to the requested event. If you wish to guarantee this request, we can block either the previous day or the next day for a 50% discount per event ($200)
Q.Is the EZPASS, different than a standard EZPASS?
R.
Yes. it's a different EZPASS for RV. - this is also explained in one of the video we've sent: https://youtu.be/RZlaFrkY9J4
