My experience renting the van was overall positive. Communication was decent, with responses typically within 2-4 hours—though it could have been quicker. The van was spotless upon pick-up, and while there were minor mechanical issues (I believe a blown fuse) upon pick up that wasn't addressed, the listing was accurate. We ultimately chose this van because of the unlimited mileage. The bed topper, pillows, and sheets were surprisingly comfortable! Patrick was a standout—personable, patient, and went above and beyond during check-in to walk us through everything as first-time van users, which made the trip more enjoyable and stress-free. I'd recommend renting from Jason and Patrick and would happily rent from them again! If you’re thinking about renting from them- DO IT! You won’t be disappointed.

The van itself was in perfect condition – spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable adventure. It was evident that Andrew and Patrick take great pride in their fleet, ensuring every detail is attended to.
Our journey was enriched by the thoughtful amenities and extras provided. Whether we were navigating winding mountain roads or setting up camp by the ocean the van performed flawlessly, offering a reliable and cozy home on wheels.
