Rentals getting within 20 miles of the Alvord desert or other Alkaline Dust areas will be charged an extra 350.00 fee for extra cleaning and typical damages that result from exposure to these environments. YOU MUST PRE-CLEAN the units before returning them (In a spray bay WITH a brush!) or you will be charged 200.00/hr. for my time and effort to get the unit into rentable condition.
