Had an amazing weekend in the RV and Max was great with communication and support throughout. Everything went well and would definitely look to rent it out again in the future!

The generator stopped working after 1 night's use. I had the RV for a 13 night trip. Where I was, the Cummins-Onan dealer said I would have to wait 15 days for an appointment and the other mobile mechanics said they did not feel they could fix it. Max could not do anything to help as I was already 600 miles away and heading further. I lost so much frozen food stuff in the process and could not use the AC on the hot days or use the microwave. This was aweful.
