Fun easy to tow trailer in new condition! The bunk beds have two full sized bunks making fitting taller kids a breeze. Dining table folds down into an additional bed if needed. The master queen bed (upgraded, firm, memory foam mattress) is in it's own bedroom with closing door. Both the bedroom and the living space have TV's that can easily connect to your hotspot or use the supplied DVD player and selection of DVD's that come with the rental. Can also hook up to the campsites cable. The bathroom has a small tub making hosing off the kids a breeze when they've been out having a blast in nature, but there's also a hose attachment on the outside to hose off dirty/sandy feet. There's also an additional drink fridge on the outside of the trailer and a grill that slides out, great for pancakes and bacon in the morning! Solar panels provide basic power only. • Black and Grey water systems will be emptied before returning/pick up to avoid a $50 fee from your deposit.
• Smoking in the trailer forfeits your entire deposit.
• Missing items will be deducted from your deposit.
• If you use the griddle or grill, please clean before storing. Cleaning fee of $50 per item will apply if they are not clean on return.
• Normal cleaning (sweeping/moping/disinfecting) is covered after each rental. If you leave the trailer in a state that requires excessive cleaning there will be a $200 fee deducted from your deposit.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We are completely flexible so long as we have 48 hour notice. If the trailer is booked within 1 day of drop off there is no flexibility for late drop off though.
