Luke and Michelle were amazing and super helpful. They took the time out of their busy lives to answer all my questions. This was the 1st time driving something this big and I just wanted everything to go OK. They both made themselves available after I picked up the RV as there were extra questions I had while we were on our trip. We picked it up in Santee and drove to Yosemite. We stopped I Bakersfield on the way up to split the trip in 2 days and Santa Clarita on the way back. The time in Yosemite was amazing and it was great making memories with my kids 8/4/2. It was “dry” camping so we ran off generator and with a dump station right across the street from Lower Pines Campground- things were easy. Even though the RV was big- it was easy to drive and did well on the Grapevine and in the Sierrras. Very spacious for a family of 5 and they had all the extra items you could think of. The outdoor kitchen really came in handy too. Extra beverage storage. Don’t know if the listing explicitly states- but it’s 100mi a day and 4hrs/ day generator use. Both were not much of an issue even while dry camping. We were a little over on mileage as we took the longer way in - to make it a little easier driving the rig. Can’t thank Luke and Michelle enough. Amazing trip!!

Was very pleased with the rental at the beginning, really nice rv. Ask all the appropriate question as to any hidden fees, because of past experiences, was told that all fees where covered with total booking fees. Great travel experience, left rv in great cleaned conditions, but once time came to turn in rv, I was hit with 200 dollars cleaning and pumping fees. Just what I wanted to avoid. Beware, will never rent this rv again.

As stated on our listing as well as the rental agreement, we do have a $50 dump/sanitation/deep cleaning fee to make sure the tanks are fully clear. We use special equipment to do this. We also charge a $150 cleaning fee for interior/exterior cleaning, disinfecting, laundry, etc. as we provide everything needed for your trip. I understand there was a miscommunication on this fee being charged upon booking or upon return, I apologize again for that, and we gave you a $50 refund for the misunderstanding as to when it was charged. We have since changed it so that it is charged upon a renters booking rather than return.

We had a great time in this beautiful RV. Luke was a great host! The RV was equipped with everything you need. We really just had to pack our clothes and food and hop in! Luke went over the RV in detail before we left and was readily available for any questions. We will definitely be renting from him again!

Luke provided fantastic service, an exceptional RV that was 100% loaded with everything we could need! After previous cancellations from other rentals Luke came through for us at the 11th hour. The RV was spotless and Luke worked hard to deliver it to us after a quick turnaround. We highly recommend Luke and plan on renting from him again! Great job, Luke!
