2023 Forest River Impression

We have a brand new Forest River Impression 5th wheel. It sleeps 7 with 2 queen beds, hide away sofa bed, and a bunk bed. We have upgraded the queen in the master bedroom to a 10 inch memory foam cooling gel mattress for extra comfort! The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, cooking utensils, coffee pot, dishtowels, trashcan, and trash bags included. There is a nice size stand up shower in the bathroom with a medicine cabinet for extra storage, towels provided! There is a bunk room with a queen pull out couch and also a bunk bed overhead. The best part of this 5th wheel is the hidden pantry storage behind the TV/fireplace that gives plenty of extra storage space! The unit includes two AC units, one in the main living area and the other in the master bedroom. It stays very cool! There is multiple USB charging ports throughout the unit. Another great feature is the on demand hot water heater. Outside we have an outdoor kitchen with flat top griddle and mini fridge, an outside shower area, and an adjustable power awning with LED lights. *Absolutely no smoking inside of RV or any open flames (candles, etc.) If there is a smoke smell, deposit will be kept to have RV professionally cleaned.
*Remove all trash prior to rental end date and ensure all items are put back in place.
*If the tanks are not emptied in time and they overfill causing any flood damage to the camper, the entire deposit will be taken depending on the extent of the damage.
*If there are any damages to the camper that are the renter’s fault, the deposit will be taken depending on the extent of the damage.
*If any of the non-disposable items are not returned or returned damaged, the security deposit will be withheld for the price of the items. Please make sure to wash/put away all dishes before pickup.

My family rented this for a week at Dale Hollow Lake and was a wonderful experience. I’ve cold A/C, plenty of storage and clean!

The camper was wonderful! It was very nice, clean and well equipped. Kelly and her husband were awesome. They delivered and set up the camper for us and explained how to use everything. They were the nicest people you could ever ask for. Easy to work with and responded quickly. If we ever get the opportunity to come back to this area we will definitely want to rent from them again! Thanks for everything.

All times will be according to what time zone the campground is located in. We will deliver at the campground's check in time and we ask that you be ready for us to pick up at least one hour prior to check out time to allow us time to break the camper down.
