The renter's security deposit will be used to pay for remediation plus a service fee of $100. It is the renters' responsibility to understand and follow all instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, appliances, and features may result in damage. Such damages will result in the renter being liable for the cost of such repairs and/or replacement.

Jessie and Alex were wonderful and accommodating. They have their trailer outfitted with everything you could possibly want. We got nice and rural and the trailer made it so comfortable and convenient. Would not hesitate to rent this trailer from them again.
