This 29ft bunkhouse is a 2023 model and it is designed to be roomy enough without a slide and to be very user friendly. This RV is a half-ton towable at 4750 lbs with a Gvwr of 6500 lbs and a tongue weight of 615lbs. It is carpet free to reduce dust/pet dander and be easy to clean!Beds: Master bedroom with doors for privacy and a Queen bed, two Full-size bunk over a bunk, a Sofa-couch and a Dinette that are both a wide twin. There is a full kitchen and this is no-carpet model! We are pet friendly for adult potty-trained dogs.Check us out online! There is a separate sink and cabinet above and below outside of the bathroom, a mini-tub shower to wash the kiddos at the end of the day. , large storage above toilet in cabinets. Some room in outside under bay storage also. Shower is a large and roomy. Private master bedroom has medium firmness Queen bed and living room sofa is a full size with a twin dinette bed.What the rental comes with:Kitchen: Stocked with everything for cooking and eating for 8 and fully loaded! Pot, pans, lids, prep/mixing bowls, cutting boards with knives, silverware and a variety of spices beyond just salt and pepper. We also have plates, cups, bowls to eat and appliances include a K-cup coffee maker, 1000w air fryer. There is also all cooking tools such as a thermometer and basic measuring cups also. Our rule is that is must be setup well enough for us to use and cook in it! Dish soap, sponge and drying mat provided.Living: TV with a 4k Fire Stick (you must use your own hotspot/wifi) plus In/outdoor bluetooth sound system with DVD reader and Hdmi into TVMaster bed comes with a sheet set, pillowcases and all season quilt/blanket.Bring your own pillows, and sleeping bags or bedding for the beds beyond the master. Additional bedding available for small fee for laundering.Bathroom: 1 towel and washcloth for each persons staying, and 2 hand towels. Toilet paper included- Must use provided TP. We don't supply shampoo/conditioner etc but we do supply hand soap for bathroom. ** Be aware that when dry camping only 1-2 showers is typically possible due to tank limitations without sewer.This RV has a water heater than can be used on propane AND/OR electric. So if you are plugged into power, you don't need to turn the propane water heater on. -We supply a 10x10 pop up sun shelter in lieu of an awning due to it being the most commonly damaged item. -The outdoor kitchen has a 2 burner propane stove, sink, cabinets, light and mini fridge that runs when RV is plugged into electricity.Only dogs allowed, maximum 2 and must be potty trained. Keven and I (Lara) are camping and adventure lovers. We backpack, tent camp and RV camp and have ran an Airbnb and rented RVs. We now opened our LLC Inland NW Rentals in Spokane Valley and do this as our home business. We have primary jobs in healthcare and corrections and also run a full a full hookup year round RV site on our property, too!
We love meeting all the fellow adventurers and had the best summer sharing RVs in 2023. We are expanding to 5-6 units for 2024 and I love delivering and seeing the joy guests gain from our rentals!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We are flexible in timing for dropoff and pickup, but mon-thurs it needs to be between 9am-12pm typically due to work schedules. Wednesday is a possible afternoon and friday and sundays are very flexible unless the RV is going out on another rental.
