PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY
• We do not allow boondocking (camping on illegal land) but we do allow dry camping (camping without hookups).
• The renter MUST SHOW PROOF of camping reservation prior to pickup.
• Trailer is not to be taken OUT OF PROVINCE OR COUNTRY
• We DO NOT ALLOW SMOKING OF ANY KIND in and around the trailer (marijuana, cigarettes, vaping).
• We allow ONE well behaved dog. The PET CLEANING ADD ON must be purchased. Pet's are to be washed using the outdoor shower only. If there’s any pet damage or we suspect a pet was washed inside the trailer an ADDITIONAL $500 will be incurred by the renter (in addition to the pet cleaning add on)
• The trailer has a 2 night rental MINIMUM and 2 week rental MAXIMUM
• The upper bunk has a weight limit of 150 lbs and is suitable for CHILDREN ONLY.
• Renter's tow vehicle MUST BE EQUIPPED with a 2 inch tow receiver, 7 pin socket, and have the ability to tow the trailer (tow rated for 5000lbs). There will be NO REFUNDS if the renters tow vehicle does not qualify for proper towing.
• We provide all the towing necessities which are in excellent condition. If they are not returned in the same condition the full retail replacement and install costs will be incurred by the renter. The following items are INCLUDED AT NO EXTRA COST AND MUST BE USED: hitch, weight distribution bars, sway bar, brake controller, and back up camera. Damage to the trailer can occur with improper towing.
• The sewage tanks MUST BE EMPTIED prior to being returned INCLUDING a black tank flush. If the tanks are not empty and flushed a $250 charge will be incurred by the renter.
• 100% of the security deposited will be lost if we suspect any of the rules are broken or any damage to the trailer occurs. Use EXTRA CAUTION when towing. Slow down, increase following distance, take wider turns, allow for longer stopping distances, use a spotter when backing up, drive in the right lane.
