The sofa becomes a booth dinette, leaflet table for the kitchen and then a bed. The adjacent dining booth for 4 transforms into a bed for 2 where a taller person has the option to extend their feet. The dinette also provides a child tethering safety latch. The Main Full XL Bed is separated by privacy curtains providing a new 10" Memory Mattress. Up front is an overhead bunk bed that sleeps 2 and includes a ladder & safety net plus privacy curtains. Kitchen provides a large fridge/freezer, sink, 3 burner stove and microwave along with plenty of storage. The bathroom includes a toilet, cabinet, sink and large shower that is easy to step into. Included is a propane furnace and hot water heater. Outside includes 2 large storage areas.For your comfort we have installed 2 Maxxair fans with rain sensors to help keep you cool with a digital thermostat so that it will open and close at the temperature you set along with fan speeds that operate in forward or reverse via a remote control. For hotter days you can use the overhead air conditioner powered from the on-board generator. The kids can also watch movies while driving down the road or play video games. You can tour during the day and then camp at night anywhere without hook-ups due to a 400 watt solar system that includes 2 lithium batteries. We also installed a backup camera for your convenience. (I) Electronic Leveling Kit (Please Read)
If you are going to camp at non-traditional campsites such as the Gorge Campground then you will require this kit so you can keep the refrigerator level so it operates properly and not be damaged. If kit will not help then you need to get another campsite or keep the fridge off. Includes (1) Electronic Floor Leveler, (2) Leveling Ramps and or (1) Level Blocks Set.

All rentals are scheduled for pickup between 3PM - 5PM. If you desire an earlier pickup time then choose this option where pickup begins at 10AM to 2PM.

All rentals are due back on the return day between 10AM - 11AM. If you are unable to return by 11AM, we offer a Late Return option that extends the return time to 3PM.

Michael is an amazing renter!!!
The RV was comfortable, spacious, plenty of storage, and clean.
Plenty of room for family of 5 plus dog. Mike was very easy to communicate with , available 24/7. Very helpful and kind. Would rent again anytime.

This was our first RV vacation experience. The online booking experience was smooth. The vehicle was in good condition and clean. Mike took us through the workings inside and outside in detail and answered all our questions. The RV was comfortable but a tad bit tight inside for three people moving around. All worked well and we had no problems.
We will definitely consider doing another rental with Mike in a few months.

Perfect camper for our PNW trip! It fit 5 of us comfortably for the weekend and 3 of us for the remainder of the week. It was extremely user friendly and easy to drive! Highly recommend the vacation ready package. Having solar and double batteries were amazing so we could go days without hook ups and still camp comfortably. Mike was fair, kind and knowledgeable! Absolutely will be back to the PNW and will rent from Mike! We nicknamed her “Leppy” :)
