- Please ensure that your campground booking includes a 50-amp power outlet necessary to operate this camper.-Camper does NOT include a generator. If you're planning on using the camper where a hook-up is not available, you must supply your own generator with power for 50amp outlet. A recommendation for a 50 AMP RV generator would be a min of 8000 watts.- Linens, blankets are NOT included unless requested at an additional cost of $40.- Delivery and Pick Up is available at a custom price depending on the distance. If you would like the camper delivered and picked up please let us know your destination so that we can provide a cost for this service.-Small pets are welcome for a fee of $25- Renter is responsible for toll charges- The camper must be returned by 3pm. Returns made after 3pm will be charged an additional $50 per hour up to 6pm. Returns later than 6pm will be charged a day’s rental rate.

Heat did not work as agreed upon and we were accused of damage we did not do, and/or, items that were previously damaged. The ladder bolts came out of the plastic as shown in the picture and we were told that it would be turned over for an estimate. It was clearly not broken from any misuse. We are lucky no one got hurt. Also, they said we caused damage to a window in the top bunk, however due to the lack of heat and ladder the bed was only occupied for one night while our child was asleep. We feel like these damages were preexisting and are trying to be charged to us. We also paid to have the camper arrive with water and it was not prefilled. Additionally, we had to fill our own propane tank. We spent several hours of our holiday trying to fix the heater only to give up and stay someplace else.

The camper was used at a residential property on a driveway and it did not have the proper electrical power to use all of the features including heat. When the camper is not hooked up to a traditional power supply that is available at campsites, a generator is required which is mentioned in the listing description. The camper is also equipped with 2 propane tanks that were full when it was delivered. During the rental, the propane gas was used so that's why it needed to be refilled. The bunk ladder was fully functional when the camper was delivered and we were notified by your husband that it was damaged. Our camper is inspected prior to each rental to ensure the renters have the most enjoyable experience.

The trailer was extremely well-kept with everything we needed for a quick weekend with minimal packing. All of the necessary tools and instruments were included. It was my first time renting and I appreciated the flexibility.
