This was our first time renting a trailer and Jason was great! From the time we booked the reservation, to the moment we returned the trailer, communication with Jason was easy and he responds quickly. This was our first time pulling a trailer and he let us borrow his hitch and anti-sway bars. He truly is such a nice person who took the time to do a walk through of his trailer with us before and explained all the trailers features. We stayed at a fully hooked up site and everything worked flawlessly! The trailer had AC/heat, a good sized fridge/freezer, roof ventilation, interior/ exterior lights, plates/ cups, utensils, pots/pans for cooking and cooking utensils. Our group had 3 adults and two dogs and the trailer was perfect. The sofa folded out into a queen size bed too! We would definitely rent from him again in the future!

The trailer was clean and well stocked. The generator made life easy when my family and I were camping in a site without hookups. Jason made sure I was educated on all the features of the trailer before departing on my trip. The whole process was a breeze.
