This unit is winterized and there is no running water from mid November to April timeframe. We can include a water jug if requested without extra fees. If you are planning to go to places with a temperature above freezing (32F), you are welcome to de-winterize there but the rv has to be winterized by a certified professional when it's returned (show receipt) . Without winterization, the water system can be destroyed and most insurance would NOT cover.CANCELATION POLICY:
No refunds will be given for early returns or for loss of use/time due to inclement weather during your rental period.RETURN POLICY:
RV is to be returned in the same condition as it was received. Renter has unlimited financial responsibility for negligent damages caused to the RV during rental. Personal contents are never covered by insurance. Awning damage is not covered by insurance.
The unit must be returned undamaged with gasoline fuel at its departure level, holding tanks dumped, and return checklist completed for a full security deposit refund.
The following charges will be deducted from your Security Deposit: Failure to dump holding tanks, returning gasoline fuel & propane less than departure amount, toll fees, and the cost of repairs for any damages noted during check-in inspection. Renter is responsible for the actual retail cash value of the Vehicle on the date of loss if it cannot be repaired, missing equipment, administrative expenses incurred processing a damage claim, whether or not you were at fault during the incident, up to the deductible amount of the collision/comprehensive insurance. We had a good experience with this rental. Communication with the owner was excellent and questions were answered promptly. The vehicle was clean, and well-cared for.
