The best part was the US Grand Prix. As for the rental, we lost power and the ability to use the generator within 24 hours of our arrival. It would have been ok but the host was very rude when we asked for help. The camper is probably fine for use at an RV park.

Thank you for your review! The RV was given to you in working condition. You seem to have left the RV on while at the race and it drained your entire battery! Without a jump you would not have power. Unfortunately you did not want assistance saying it was not something you wanted to organize! Please be accountable for your actions and maybe you should look into a hotel!

This was my first time renting an RV and they made it easy to go over everything you need. The RV was clean, and easy to drive. Jonathan responded quickly and was available for any questions I had. My family had a great time and I would definitely rent from here again.

At first I was mad cause I couldn’t extend but after realizing the troubles of peer to peer I understand but still a problem for future rental. Yet while trip was still nice I was let down on RV condition toilet leaked entirety of the trip. Guy said they put treatment in black water which is why it was at 33% but I could never get it below 67. Shower wand was spaying water out the side. My child found a cocaine spoon. Got told by at least 10 people my left tire looked flat after many repeats shakiness and looking at it I realized there was a mismatched wheel on the left hand believe was causing it. Engine reads that service was past due. And some damage that was an easy fix on inside of extension.
Then after returning a day early I got charged 100 random fee I don’t understand Johnathon just kept saying I should have read contract better also a 66 dollar charge for propane when I received at 52% full and left 30 something so basically used 20% of a 9.6 gallon tank(I checked tank size through chat gpt). Johnathon said I was responsible for a full tank which was considered full at 70%. I hit it at 52 so was never full and regardless he said it cost 6 a gallon to fill but that math wouldn’t add up then he said it was a 13 gallon tank. IDK something ain’t right and he got annoyed with my confusion a refused to continue talking.

Hello, Duane Alexander, Thank you for your review. As with all other rental companies, if you do not return the tanks as they were left to you, there is a service fee post trip. I am sorry we could not accomodate your extra time request, but it is not right to privately then publically throw a little boy tantrum. We waived multiple post trip fees and damages already due to your entitled and argumentative attitude. It does not look like you did any research about RVing before booking your first ever RV trip and the damages repaired on the vehicle could definitely be accounted for by your lack of planning. We hope you look in to glamping hotels for your next trip, as they have onsite help for those that do not want to touch, learn, or do anything themselves.

We had an amazing experience with the Lunar Cruiser! The outdoor entertainment system was a hit—perfect for enjoying movies under the stars and making the most of our evenings. We also appreciated the extra amenities provided, especially the fact that we didn't have to pay extra for bedding and exterior cables. It was so nice to have everything included, making our trip worry-free and enjoyable. The attention to detail really set this RV apart, and we can't wait to book the Lunar Cruiser again for our next adventure!

The trip didn't start off as desired as there was a minor mechanical concern that set us back, however the whole team at Tom Nooks RV (especially Justin), Phil at Alliance Collision and the Outdoorsy team worked hard to ensure that it was rectified quickly. Once on our way, it was great. Communication and follow up from the entire team was excellent. The RV was as described which provided a great trip for my family. I would recommend planning an RV trip with Tom Nooks and team.

This RV was great for a weekend trip to Fredericksburg! We asked about the issues in a previous review and the associate walked us through the whole RV free just to ease our minds! We loved the outdoor entertainment center but we had to buy a Roku Stick.

The RV was not very clean upon receiving it. Found items cards sponges left over from prior users, upon leaving the initial pick up the shower door holder fell off. The rear tire blew out the first day of our trip and the repair man said it was an older tire and probably needed to be replaced prior to our trip. The generator had a malfunctioning circuit breaker that kept tripping, the windows raddled and the inside was extremely loud while driving.

Wow! Our girls camping trip turned into an unforgettable glamping experience, all thanks to this incredible RV rental! The cozy yet spacious interior blew us away from the moment we stepped inside. The amenities were top-notch, with a fully equipped kitchen that made cooking together a breeze. The comfortable beds ensured we got a great night's sleep after our outdoor adventures. The outdoor awning was perfect for relaxing under the stars with a glass of wine. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating, making the whole process seamless. We can't wait to book our next glamping getaway in this RV!

Easy touch and go systems. Perfect for our trip to the river. Under carriage had plenty of space for floats and gear! We will use Tom Nooks RV again!
